Returns and Faults
Hey babe, we hope that you enjoy your purchase as much as we've enjoyed providing it to you. We realise that sometimes an item might not fit or be right for you, so we're here to help you choose that right size or get you slipped into another item as easily as possible. Hey Sara accepts returns for store credit only. Your store credit can be used to make a new order for another size, another style or another product, or you can simply ask us to assist with an exchange.
We just need a few things from you to ensure a smooth and quick turnaround.
- Any returns must be returned to us no later than 30 days from when they were delivered to you.
- Any returns must not have been worn (other than to try the item on), stained, perfumed or washed.
- Any returns must include the original packaging, with tickets and labels attached.
- Due to hygiene reasons, the following items may not be returned, swimwear, hair accessories, makeup and cosmetics, hats and earrings.
- Returns must include our completed return form or a copy of the paperwork you received with the original order for us to easily process and identify the return.

Faulty and incorrect items:
Should you receive an incorrect item or one with a fault, be sure to let us know straight away. Shoot us an email with your name and order number plus a description of the error or photo of the fault to firstname.lastname@example.org
We'll rectify any issues straight away at our expense to minimise your inconvenience.
