Hey babe, we hope that you enjoy your purchase as much as we've enjoyed providing it to you. Your store credit can be used to make a new order for another size, another style or another product, or you can simply ask us to assist with an exchange.
We just need a few things from you to ensure a smooth and quick turnaround.
Return eligibility:
- Any returns must be returned to us no later than 30 days from when they were delivered to you.
- Any returns must not have been worn (other than to try the item on), stained, perfumed or washed.
- Any returns must include the original packaging, with tickets and labels attached.
- Due to hygiene reasons, the following items may not be returned, swimwear, hair accessories, makeup and cosmetics, hats and earrings.
- Returns must include our completed return form or a copy of the paperwork you received with the original order for us to easily process and identify the return.

Faulty and incorrect items:
Should you receive an incorrect item or one with a fault, be sure to let us know straight away. Shoot us an email with your name and order number plus a description of the error or photo of the fault to info@heysara.com
